Look for a specialty, a doctor’s name or a city. Not sure who to see? The care assistant asks a few plain questions about what is going on and points you to the right kind of specialist among the doctors listed.
Try the care assistantPick a time that is genuinely open
Every time you see comes from that doctor’s own calendar — opening hours, minus blocked time, minus appointments already taken, up to as far ahead as the practice accepts bookings. Nothing is a request waiting to be approved.
Confirm, then manage it yourself
Book with your account and the appointment lands in My appointments and on the practice’s calendar at the same time. Need to move it or cancel? Do it yourself, from the same place.
Video visits, where they are offered
Some practices consult online. Those doctors are marked in search results, and the appointment carries a private video room you open from the appointment itself when it is time — in your browser, with nothing to install.
