Yes. Searching for a doctor, booking, rescheduling and cancelling cost you nothing. You pay the practice for the visit itself, the way you normally would.

Yes. You can browse the directory and check open times without one, but the booking flow asks you to sign in at the details step. That account is what lets you see, move and cancel the appointment afterwards.

Open My appointments, pick the visit, and choose reschedule or cancel. The change reaches the practice’s calendar straight away — there is no need to call them as well.

Yes. They are computed from the doctor’s own calendar: opening hours, minus time the practice has blocked off, minus appointments already booked, and only as far ahead as that practice accepts bookings.

Where the practice offers one. Doctors who consult online are marked in search results, and the appointment carries a private video room you open from the appointment when it is time — in your browser, with nothing to install.

Because being listed is a choice. Practices can use Saneo privately for their own scheduling and only appear in the patient directory once their owner switches the listing on. If your doctor is not here, they have not joined yet.

The whole product is available in Albanian and English — switch at any time from the header. Doctors also list the languages they consult in, so you can look for one you are comfortable with.

The practice you book with, and nobody else. Your booking creates a patient record inside that practice; other practices on Saneo do not see it. Clinical notes are visible to the practitioner treating you, not to the front desk.
