About Saneo

Booking care should be as simple as everything else you do online

Saneo is a booking platform for patients and the practices that treat them. We are building it in Albania, one practice at a time — no phone tag, no waiting for a callback, no guessing whether a time is really free.

What Saneo is

One product with two faces: a place patients search and book, and the calendar a practice runs its day on.

A directory you can search

Practices that choose to be listed appear with their specialties, services, spoken languages and location — searchable by what you need and where you are.

Booking in real time

Open times are computed from the practice’s own calendar: opening hours, minus the time they have blocked off, minus what is already booked. Pick one and it is yours.

A calendar practices run on

Behind the booking page sits a full workspace: day, week and month views for a solo doctor or a whole clinic, patient records, services, and roles for the people at the desk.

The directory is opt-in

No practice appears on Saneo without deciding to. A practice signs up, sets up its calendar, and only then does its owner switch on the patient listing. Until that moment it is using Saneo privately, for its own scheduling.

So the directory grows the way trust does — slowly, and at the invitation of the practices themselves. We are at the beginning. If you cannot find your doctor here yet, it is because they have not joined, not because we are hiding them.

What we hold to

Clarity over cleverness

We show what is true right now: real open times, real practices, and a calm empty state when there is nothing to show. We would rather a page say “nothing yet” than invent something.

Your appointments are yours

You book, reschedule and cancel from your own account, without asking anyone. Your details go to the practice you booked with — and to nobody else.

No dark patterns

No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no cancel button hidden three screens deep. Booking a doctor is not a sale.

Ready when you are

Search for a doctor near you — or, if you run a practice, see what Saneo looks like from behind the desk.
